A one time service fee of $50.00 (that includes hot tub service), is charged for rentals.
**Villa #2 - A one time service fee of $100.00 (that includes hot tub service), is charged for rentals.
Villas are taxed at 10.75% (6.75%State & 4%TDA) Tax.
A two hundred dollar Security Deposit is required on each villa at time of reservation.
**Villa #2 - A four hundred dollar Security Deposit is required on each villa at time of reservation.
Security deposits are returned after the villa has been cleaned and inspected.
A non-refundable reservation fee $15 is charged on all villa rentals. You have a 60 day cancellation.
Absolutely no pets are allowed! The Pet Policy is strictly enforced. Anyone found with a pet will be asked to leave immediately. No refund will be made if a pet was found on the property.
