A one time fee of 50.00 (includes hot tub service) is charged for all rentals. Villas are taxed at the current rate of 12% (subject to change). A security deposit of 200.00 per villa per week is due at the time of the reservation. (Villa 2 has a 400.00 security deposit if rented as full house) Security deposits are returned AFTER the villas have been cleaned and inspected. A non refundable reservation fee of 15.00 is charged on all villa rentals. Villas have a 60 day cancellation policy.
Absolutely no pets are allowed! The Pet Policy is strictly enforced. Anyone found with a pet will be asked to leave immediately. No refund will be made if a pet was found on the property.
